loading samples problem..

apologies in advance if this is a stupid question:

I have an MPC 500, and when loading samples into a new program, I am unable to assign the same sample to multiple pads.
If I assign it to pad 10 for example, i cannot re-assign it to pad 5.

suggestions!

basically when you load the megaBD sample (for example) you assign that to, let's say, bank A pad1. if you want to have it in bank A pad2 as well you go in the program menu, sample assign -be sure to be in A2 in the screen string below- and you choose megaBD.
