MPC500 and Waldorf Blofeld (midi connection problem)

Hello guys

I have a problem with connection between mpc500 and blofeld via midi. What settings I must change to make it work together? I read the manual, but it did not help me.

you need to change the midi channel to the corresponding one on your module/synth/whatever
in track parameters change the track type to midi
turn the volume up and you should be good to go.

I don't actually use my 500 in this way so I may have missed a little/ a lot out but I think you should be good after this
