Loading samples into a sequence

Hi everyone. First time on here, really useful forum, hope someone can help me...

I created a sequence, 4 bars at 4/4, loaded drum samples, recorded the beat, plays fine. All the drums are on pad bank A.

Then I loaded another sample onto pad 10 on pad bank C. That plays fine as a single hit. Its set as a one hit and is a few seconds long. The problem is that when I try to record the sample into my sequence, it won't play the full sample. I looks as though when the sequence plays back, the sample is only played during the first bar of the sequence then it cuts out. All the other drums on pad bank A play fine.

Can anyone help?

looks like you messed up on the "mute group menu", that's on program menu... after the mono poly set up.

try to set up everything to OFF in there...

if you assign numbers in there the samples with the same number will cut each other every time they clash

Cheers but its not mute groups. I only use them for hi hats, open and closed, apart from that they're off......
