Sample looped hands free???

Hello, reading the manual and watching videos but I am wondering if you can loop a sample on a pad and not have to hold the pad down to remain on loop? I know it loops when you put the sample into a sequence.
I set the sample to loop and it loops when I hold the pad down but stops when I remove my hand. Thanks, sorry if this has been covered tried looking through the forum.
