So I've got some samples on pads in my program. I've messed around with effects, filters, attack, decay, tuning, etc. The samples sound really nice. Now I want to resample the sounds so I can free up the effects and ease up processing on the 500.
The problem is that by this point, I've got a sequence using these sounds and I don't want to try to remake it. I usually undo all the changes on each pad and change the sample to the new resampled one. That's a pain in the ass. There must be a better way. I wish there was a 'reset pad to default settings' feature.
How do you guys deal with resampling?
