Mpc 500 tips , tricks & helpful answers needed!!

I just got my mpc 500 a few weeks back & I read the manuals twice , I still don't understand how to use it to its peak. Please help me in dying!!

I am thinking of switching to a mpk25 or 49 because the mpc 500 is so complicated .
