How do make it sound like it's under water Wht filter do I use

try a bandpass... I forget which effects the 500 has.. but try a bandpass and mess with the settings.

edit, but try low pass as well because that sort of makes things sound like that too I guess..

Low pass filter brought down to around 40-50 (halfway) with low resonance (0-10)
