Deal of the Century ;)

Ok, so maybe not QUITE the deal of the century, but...WHooo hooo I'm sooo excited! Just copped my 128mb mem upgraded 500, including 2 - 2gb, 1 512mb, and 1 128mb cf cards from a local Craig's list trade straight up for my M-Audio Keystation 88es with keyboard stand that were just collecting dust in my closet.

Man, you just never know what someone else is looking for at any given moment. Turns out dude is an R&B cat and my midi board just better suited his needs, he said.

For straight portability also for $8.00 picked up a 1/4" left right mono y cable to 1/8". Now I should be able to sample straight into the 500 from my Note2

I know the feeling, I bought my mpc500 for $40 recently
The card reader wasn't working so I grabbed a replacement and she works great.. Best $40 I spent in a long time. (It also came with 128mb ram expansion)

Wow, nice deal Loosecaboose. Are you gonna customize it? I thinking fat pads for mines first and gradually personalize this thing.

Sweet I just got mine about a week ago for $275 to which was happy with considering I saw alot going for over $300 even $400. I also got the original box and manuals for it as well to which I have never gotten with an Mpc lol
