i am stumped- mpc500 mystery!!

Well i made an earlier post about my first mpc500 that i returned to the store because I kept randomly getting an error message during sequence playback. INV. gen. inst.PC(a5008c74). At this point the mpc freezes and need to be powered off / Ok so i returned that mpc to the store swapped it for another one. Get home and find out there is a small high pitched buzz coming out the phones output. Also not to mention the full level button is slightly jammed but it still works. Called the store and as soon as they get a new one in I can swap it again they said. Ok so i figure let me work on this mpc500 anyway for now. So i create a sequence all is going well for about 45 minuted and then BAM the screen says INV.gn>int.pc etc.
Same error message as the first mpc500 I returned. At this point i am absolutely clueless and think its probably a bug/ both had versions 1.11,
Has anyone ever seen this message on thier mpc500??

No idea...have you tried reflashing the OS?

Do you have the memory expansion installed, maybe try running without it for a while.

Obviously, when working on it, save often.
