Why haven't you tried that already is my question, or have you?

Work through it, get around it, when you reach your RAM limit (whatever that may be even in future upgrades), that's all you get and no more.

thats what i thought i did erase pre set kits but when i turn on 500 preset kits are still loaded in. i loaded my new drum kits to pads when i cut on mpc the sounds are not loaded in. do i save to internal pg&smpl

You load your sounds into ram.

Ram does not hold info when the unit is turned off, you need to learn how to save and recall you sounds.

Also there is like an "autoload" folder or something on your cf maybe, I'm guessing, but rename that folder and it won't autoload.

You REALLY should go through your manual big dog. I believe all of this is in there.

Or maybe in your manual a way to turn off autoload, I don't have a 500, I'm guessing. Or, I too, could just read the manual huh, lol.
