how do you export your work from the MPC500 via USB? please help. i have a song i really need to get into Sonar 3.0 or 4.0

The USB makes the 500 a Harddrive on your Comp, so you can drag n drop files.

Being that Sonar won't recognise the MPC format files, you will probably have to hook up the Audio outs of the MPC to the Audio in's of the PC and track your beats in as audio into Sonar.
