Programs

Hello People,

Had my 500 about 3 months and I'm very pleased with it, apart form saving is a bit cack.
But I encountered a problem the other day with programs. I was using two programs in one song so I could use more than one mute group, one for drums and one for the main samples. And I keep getting the main samples triggered on the drum tracks. Should I use differnt pad banks ?

I've just dicovered that I can have multipul mute groups, so I just wont use 2 different programs. Was multi mute groups in the new OS because I'm shure I couldn't do it before ?

So what is the point being able to have more than 1 program ?

I think mutegroups have been in there since the first O.S. version.

I think using more programs lets you organise your samples into programs, load those and use them in songs. Sure you can make a song with 1 program and edit the program as you go, but you can also re-use (parts of) programs you created before in your songs.
