1000 timing...did this get resolved with JJ OS?

*Apologies....this was posted in the wrong forum. It was meant to be in the 1000 forum. However, I would be interested to here comments on the 500's timing?*

For those of you who might remember, there was a slight problem with the 1000 and it's timing. See here:

Maybe this got resolved with the JJ OS, anyone know?

Actually, I am in the market for picking up an Mpc, but I am slightly put off by the 1000 because of this issue. I like working with fast rythyms, and I have absolutely no use for slightly off timing, but I would prefer a 1000 if this got resolved.

whenever i sync(by ear) to fruity loops with exactly the same tempo settings, it seems to drift a bit
