Has anybody else experienced......

You load a 16bit 44.1 wav file on your mpc and it pitches it down for some reason every time you apply it to just one particular pad and even under the PROGRAM settings there seems to be no indication of a pitch shift. you can apply any sound to that pad and it automaticaly pitches it down....is there any way to open up settings for a particular pad or something? anyone else experienced this problem?
