Can you do this with the 500??

just wonderin if you could make a note or sample higher or lower as far as octives with this badboy any helpful response will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Yeah, you can do it in a couple ways:

- with Q slider set to pitch you can raise and lower the pitch of the sample a full octave up or down.

- in program mode, you can adjust the tuning of a sample by 2 octaves above or below.

- in 12 Levels mode, you can play any pad a full twelve tone octave and you can adjust the pitch of the starting note in the octave a full octave down.

- In Seq mode, you can adjust transposition.
