Exporting song on MPC500

Hi, i'm new to this forum.. Just as new i am to the mpc500.. so i have a question to all out here=) so i am wondering if anybody could tell me how i can export my completed song to my PC?

You can resample into the MPC and export the resulting .wav file or....
