Annoying Timing error in SONG MODE..........

You know in Sequence mode you can have one sequence playing, move the cursor to the bottom, turn the jog wheel to another sequence, and the next sequence will automatically play after the first one has finished? If all sequences (let's say 7 or are the same BPM, and Song Mode is set to the same BPM, why is it when you put the same sequences in the same order in Song Mode, they don't quite match up? any ideas???

I don't have this problem.
