Sample is really slow

Hi everyone,

I'm a really massive noob! I have taken a sample from my Mp3 and have made sure it loops nicely when played over and over. However for some reason the sample plays really slowly after that. Its Ok when I'm prepin it in trim,playing fine when i hit pads in trim but then when i goto sequence its really slow like a 45 record on 33 almost. Can somebody tell me what im doing wrong.

I am a major noob and am making my way through the quickstart manual still.Thanks

The pads have parameters that the sample is playing through, so your sample is slave to those paramters, ie: TUNE (makes it slow or fast). In TRIM mode the sample is not slave to any type of outside parameters. It plays in its original state cause it only TRIMMING and nothing else.

I suggest you get a manual and learn the basics. Imean, go and get one now and save yourself little headaches like this..... Instead of waiting for a response you will have solved nearly ALL of your basic questions.
