CF Card, took a picture, see if it will work

I'm well aware of the card sticky on this forum, but I went to Wal Mart tonight and saw 2 cards that may work with my 500. Here they are

Now this one says "SD", so I assume it won't work because it's not a Compact Flash(CF). Just thought I'd check to make sure

Now this one IS a "CF" card. It's a 1GB CF Card made by Lexar. Would this CF card work on my MPC500?
