Feeln Good...

I just completed my actual first beat on my MPC500... I mean it aint the best and I def know that but it feels good to know that this is my first and I see alot of improvement coming...

dude, are you **** serious, what song? plz tell me, i've got every ost from champloo....its the shit forreal. fat jon kills it in those beats of his man.

Yeah i got a week now... Im getting my RAM today so I could sample more... I got this simple but catchy beat in my head thats done by piano so ass soon as I get my RAM im gonna work on that project.

But it kinda makes me sad to think that the beat I did on my Sony Acid and my Boss Dr Rhythm 550II is alot better.

I used "just forget" at the begining but minus the chimes or whatever, looped it choped the chime for when I layed the beat and umm put the voice overlap on mono for the loop. It's actually a really simple beat I layed all I used was an 808kick, basic snare, light hi hat, some scratches, panned a little, and worked with the mute groups. That was my very first beat... Yay! Hey I got sony acid too. It's alright I'm new to all of this so mpc500 is my entry level, I don't understand why everyone complains about the 500 but maybe when I get ahold of another mpc or the Linndrum2 mmmmm I'll find out. You're gonna love having the upgraded ram man.
