WHATS THE NEEDED FOR MPC 500????

I got a 500 and just received the DVD for the tutorial..which is helpful, ya'll who own one should look into it

but my question is.....What type of Ram IS NEEDED AND THE COMPACT FLASH CARD?

also, DO U GUYS KNOW OF ANY WEBSITES THAT SELL SOUNDS...MY GOGGLE ISNT WORKING PROPERLY
