New Manual

Does anyone know if theirs an option to purchase the new manual, so that i dont have to read from a computer monitor, of have to print out 222 pages?

How much would a copy shop like kinkos charge for something like this?

i was told that their is one manual per MPC....... their aren't any extras.

I ordered it at an online copyshop for around 14 $. Of course including binding and cover cause I don't want 222 pages just stapled or shit!
