new 5k user question... coming from 4k

Hello, I just got my 5k today and like it a lot.
I cant figure out how to set the q link stuff to just a certain pad in a program?
I just want the first fader to control the pitch on one sound in a program.

and can you just send one sound in a program through an fx bus?
How would you do that?
I went into the program mode but couldnt find what i was looking for,
quite different from the 4k, but it seems faster to me.
