Screen and LED Brightness

Hi,

Is there anyway to lower the LED brightness and screen brightness. I keep me studio pretty dim, and some of these LED's feel like they're burning a hole through my head....namely "window", the tap tempo, and all of the fully illuminated buttons.

asked the same way at that kinda, but you can only adjust the screen contrast
