Invalid Format...

I have been getting this invalid format message A LOT lately with a bunch of program when loading them. Now, I have seen that some of the files have periods in the file name and well I removed them and they loaded fine. But other files just don't want to F*ing load and their file names are fine, they are 16 bit 44.1 and I just don't understand what the hell is going on.

On top of that whenever this happens sometimes my MPC will crash. It has been real hot here in my room lately so I am thinking this has something to do with it but honestly I really would like to know how to solve this problem...

ohh and by the way akai, please release the next OS update. I need it and so does everyone else. Shit's still buggy.

i used to get that alot too... the only workaround I found was to save everything, then reboot the system and try again...
