The MPC 5000 say invalid FS on HD. Cant acess Projects now

any ideas whats up with this message? I got 2.0 its been fine for about 10 months? now this and i have some good project on there I just cant loose

invalid FS sounds like invalid file system?

I would hook up the mpc to your computer to usb and make a backup.


can you do that?

if not I would remove the drive from the mpc, and connect to computer directly using one of these things:

i had the same problem a month ago. I just restarted mine and it was gone. maybe be you could restart it a few times? hope that helps
