MPC 5000 ERROR

Hi everybody, sorry for my bad english, im new here and i have a problem with my mpc :/

When i load a sample, i got this message : '' ERROR NO MEMORY AVAILABLE ''

moreover, its impossible for me to upgrade the OS to 2.0 , the .bin file is not detected

Youre gonna need a flash card to do the update if you dont have one already. Is it a really big sample or something youre trying to load up?
