Not only does this 5000 freeze on me 1nce a week, but it now wont boot up at all. Just sits and says "Loading..." This thing is redic. Any way to do a reset, or anything??

that does sound terrible, sorry to hear that. I would definitely try to reinstall the OS, there are instructions in your manual look it up.

Ok, yeah looks like my only option, thanks. Also its only 2 months old. I wonder if I can just return it, and patiently wait to find a 4000.
