problems exporting mixdowns.

HI,

Recently got a mpc5000,and it's working like a charm.The only problem i have is when i want to export a song on my flash card,it says it can't find the card.So i save it on the hard disk but i can't delete it once on it.Maybe formating the machine would be a good thing!Thanks for the help.

when looking for the file you want to show all files and be sure that its not set to only see pgm or something. try connecting to computer via usb and see what you get.

thanks for the answers but i don't think i have a flashcard problem cause i can put samples in it from my computer,i can fetch them once in the mpc,i can save programs in it,it just doesn't find it when i want to record a mixdown.I might format it as i got all my sounds backed up on an external disk.

recording audio only works on harddisk...

You could record the mixdown as a sample (by resampling stereo out for example) , then save this sample to CF (for this you have to enough memory to contain the samples of your song plus the complete sampled song)
