Don't know how to run effects on my mpc 5000 , please help m

Hello guys, im just bought this monster i read all user manual but how many times i try to use effects its just no working..can u give some advices im will be very happy, thanks

what is Manual got to say about this

Its say from a to z.. but the problem is what i cant run it, i turn it on fx 1 and fx 2 "set up delays or another effects" trying set up from 1 to 100% nothing happened same sound.... so where is the problem?

Under the mixer....did you set the send amount and fx type per pad....?
