MPC master Protools slave

I have a PT8 HD setup. I was to track my MPC 5000 songs to PT bot want my performance to be lined up perfectly on PT so I can build my final project on PT. I figured that if I used the MPC as a master And PT as the slave that it might work.

I I am not sure how to tell PT to slave.

There are threads around about syncing with all manner of DAWS.

I purchased the AKAI MPC with Protools for 11 dollars and it clearly spelled everything out. I always try searching before posting. I highly recommend the purchase.

You can also do it with Pro Tools being the master and still get the same result.

I've got MPC synced up with PT and it is great. If I am writing sequences MPC is master. If I am tracking audio, PT is master.
