Hi!
I built a great setup which uses my MPC5K as the name means, the center of the studio. All my synthesizers (MOTIF, CS6R and Radias) connected to an individual output of the 5K. Now I have some old tune on my computer wich connected on the MIDI A input, so I can send multipart (at least 16 channel) MIDI to my 5K... would send it, but it always use the active track's output.
I saw the MIDI settings, it says
Active track receive channel: MULTI
Soft thru: AS TRACK
I tried that active track receive channel is ALL with the same result (I know, there should be a difference, "multi" should separate channels but it doesn't).
Any opinion?
UPDATE: I did some trials to get working this thing but all I could do in MIDI settings I set Soft thru as OMNI-AB or other omni modes then it can send to separate channels but it not separates to A input to A output and B to B, instead it mixes and really omnies all inputs to all outputs. Really no way to use it as a real multipart soundmodule?
Thanks,
Regards
