effects values mpc 5000 (reverb )

Hi I am trying to set up reverb but I am not sure what the values means It does'n say anything just numbers from zero to 100
Only Wet/Dry has percentage

Does anyone know what those values are
Is pre delay in Milliseconds?
Is Decay in seconds??
What about Lo and hi cut, this values are not indicating Hz.
