So i found the links online and I've followed the instructions and now have my transport buttons set up to control play, stop, record in ableton, but I can't get it to recognize any of the pads or knobs.
I have my MPC 5000 connected to a Focusrite 18i8 and I can see that the midi signal is inputting into the audio interface but I can't map any of the knobs and pads.
Anyone have any advice on this?
I was able to do this easily on an MPD, but wanted the same functionality with my MPC 5000. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
