Working with 16 levels function/Pitch or Tune & Tempo

Hi fellas,

How do I work with the 16 levels function without affecting the tempo?
When I use it, the tempo changes according to the pad I hit.

How do I use the sample/loop in different Pitch/tunes with the same tempo in the 16 pads?
