How can i transpose a hole track (drum) I´ve record a bass and want to put it ones tone up, the manual says a way but it dont worck...................... thanks
hmm, ...you used a strange way to ask the question, but i think i can help.
...for one, on the program edit page, if you are adjusting individual samples, on the right you will see where you can adjust the 'tune/tuning' of each individual sample, as well as micro adjust them.
...as for 'transpose', ...the best thing you can do is use the 16-step button on the MPC and then choose 'tuning' under options.
this would work if you are trying to transpose a bass note.
also, ...when you originally sample something from scratch, in the sample edit menu, (or really, for any sample you have) in the sample edit menu, you can edit the sample and choose to "pitch shift" to your liking.
when the new software comes out, v2.0, you will be able to keymap anything, but until then, these are the best options you have.
