How many units sold..?

I wonder if anyone knows how many MPC5000 units Akai has sold so far.

I'd estimate a number of around... not that many.

No one knows. But with the price drops for online retailers, I doubt that many. Still a great machine tho!

well its quicker counting this way than waiting for akai to reply!!

Even if they sold 10 units total, they would have 18000 profit, the machine takes $200 to produce.
