Thats great BxJaze.... get back to making hits....

On some other news.... I just got my Air Conditioner Stolen(hit us and two other builidings on our landlords property) for the second time this summer

So for the second time im cursing the landlord out about putting a dang gate around our AC unit to keep the copper thieves out.

But I know the inside of the building is straight.... they cant get in... only the $hit the landlord doesnt protect

I know I'm a bit late. But, I can't sit here and say I don't know how it feels because I do.
My studio got broken into like 4 years back. And, that hurt seems to never go away. They came off with my MPC 2000xl ( 5 years of zips), Roland XP 10, (Mackie 32-8)Mixer, (AT4030)Mic,(Event 2020's) Monitors and Korg Trinity V3 & Triton, Yamaha CS2x, Roland XV5050 fully loaded. I mean now it doesn't seem like alot. But, it still hurts. I never wish that pain on anyone. Keep your head up. I hope you find out who did it. I never did. But, I know this. What go's around comes around. It made me stronger. Watch who you have around you. Never let someone come with someone you never met. I'll leave you with this.
(NO MATTER HOW COOL YOU THINK SOMEONE IS, 2ND GUESS IT!!!!) I've been around it and witnessed it

You really need to be extra cautious. If they are stealing AC's. You should put a camera system in your apt or surrounding perimeter. Talk to your neighbors about it.

We got a building homie... and dont worry, the landlord is tired of going thru the insurance issue, so im getting a whole new security upgrade, Bobwire fence, cameras, and the a/c is going on top of the roof, so if then can get thru all that, they deserve the unit/copper... we have had a security guard in our parking lots lately(a vietnam vet who is still a lil shell-shocked), come holla at him

Sounds good to me. Just be cautious and put dudes thru screenings before they even enter your zone.

Follow that and you'll be good.

Thanks man.

Lol @ the desk though. I'm about to craigslist it because Guitar Center offered me a REAL nice studio desk.
