I read a review on tweakheadz.com and he bigged up the m3 as a tweakers synth. Normally I wouldnt touch anything by Korg just out of principle but if tweak says yes, then I gotta get it..

yeah, ...tweak is the isht, .....i've read everything on that site, ....i've followed his site for years now.

I like the looks of the M3. Very simple and futuristic. I like the looks even more when the Radias is attached along side the M3. As for the Fusion, I don't think it looks that bad on it's own but the internet photos don't do it any justice. I don't care what peoples equipment looks like when I'm listening to their music. It's all about the music for me. I like the looks of the Motif XS and the Fantom-G, but I don't like the sounds of the Fantom-G.

My comments are just about the way it looks. The Triton Studio is a great looking workstation. The M3 looks like one of those cheap keyboards with built in speakers. I have been a fan of Korg workstations until the M3.

I feel the exact same way.

I thought the problem with the timing of the MV8800 is associated with long audio tracks drifting out of time, thus the need to set locater points every 4 bars or so, NOT with the midi timing?

Im not gonna get into this subject... You can say anything negative about the MV, but as soon as you talk about the timing ppl will flame you...
