about mpc format's

can akai accept a wav file that is "acidized"?

i mean, can the 5000 accept an "acid-wav" file? ...i know it might not have any of the looping or tempo functions, ..i just mean, can it accept it "as if it were a regular wav file"
...has anyone tried this?

Yes i think there will be no pb loading them

Though like you said you ll loose very acid properties like tempo looping etc...

i ll try as soon as possible with some acid files & let you know
