OS 2 is here BUT..

I just got the OS 2 las tnight people im enjoyin it thus far all the great bug fixes and wat not, the new navigation settings are wonderful by the way but one question. i have the mpc program maker which and i have yet to try and open an of my previous made pgms on the new os 2. ill prolly do it sometime soon though. wat i did notice is that i could not open SND files that i have received which i find to be a bit odd. :roll:

but i suppose it is not a big deal bcuz i could go through and just change the format into wavs... So...with all of that said here are the primary questions for the moment..

1. has anyone happened to have any luck opening 2000/2000xl pmgs from the old mpc pgm maker and SND files on the mpc5k

actually there it is 2 questons in one right there lol guess it wasnt as many questions as i thought wow lol. but anway i hope u wonderful mpc nerds like myself can offer a few words of advice. thanks a bunch peeps.

Nah... i havent had much success with opening many of my old MPC 2000XL programs made from the editor... its been a while since i tried... and they were all wav files

Like, it might open a program, and load half the samples... ill try it again today though

OOOO wonderful thanks a bunch homie...!!! blue box is the ish, i aint used it yet so that may not make any sense...but does this work well for the 5K???

OOOO ish i ran into an issue hoping u guys can help me out with this blue box ish...so i open bluebox on the windows side of my mac and i made a pgm but when i made it i loaded all the samples in one go with the bulk sample load up. well i have all the samples in a folder along with the pgm.. when i started to load the pgm in the 5k everything seemed to be going smooth until it was tie to start smashing the pads again.. i had one sample that was mapped across all the banks from teh lowest point of velocity all the way up to the vel of 127... im like wtf lol. neat in a way put thats not wat i wanted...is there something im doing wrong. is there something that i should set a certain way in bluebox to acheive wat i want..

basic goal is..for me to create a pgm using the bulk load up with out having one sample mapped acroos the pads in every bank. plz help..
