Trim Mode Chop Function/Popping noise

Hello Gentlemen. Currently on OS 1.02

Hope you can help a brother out.
I slice a well trucated 1 bar loop into 8 equal portions.
Assign it to each pad and some of the slices have annoying pop noises.
I would normally fade out the end tale to make it disappear.
Fade out is not available in the edit window.
Am I just stuck with 'silence' or 'delete'?
Any 5000 gurus have any tricks?

try to update your 5k to The new OS 2.0 ... Shit of update but it helps
