Explain your best workflow for tracking to daw?

hi,
what's your method to tracking to daw. I'm most interested in adat transfers obviously,but the lack of a multi/save mixer settings is sad, anyone else have a great flow for bouncing down to their daw?

anyone using the hard disk approach ,and then usb? I just wanted to see all options 5k users are doing,perhaps there's one that your doing that may make better sense,then the way I'm bouncing now over adat and having to manually select outputs via mixer in 5k via adat,it's a pain. .
