MPC5000 Service Manual needed

Hi all,
I'm having problems with my MPC5000 pads and it is sure that I must send it to Akai but, prior to returning it, I'd like to know if there is a hidden menu to adjust their sensitivity or something like this.
So, it will be much appreciated if anyone has the Service Manual for this machine.

Hi Joe,
You'll find instructions how to ajust the pads, on page 197 in your mpc5k reference manual v2. If you haven't got it get, download it from Akaipro.com.

Thanks a lot jocks but i cann't do that because when I select that option it seems like pads 15 and 16 are always pushed.
