How do you record a song into a wav.?

I have about 5 sequences all copied from one so all the tracks have the same program accept some are muted. i have os 2.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any tips on how to get the whole song into one sequence? The manual really doesn't say much on how to do that and searched the forum with nothing showing up.

Also, in HD record mode I armed the first two tracks, recorded my song in them, but then the metronome got recored into the wav. file. Why did that Happen?

search for 'mixdown' in the manual, all is explained right there
can only be done from song mode...

U can put all your sequences in song mode in the order u like then go to mixdown.

I think the option to turn the click off is if you hit the Window button where the tempo is. Not sure though, I am just guessing from my minds memories of past experiences.
