Restore factory default settings for my 5000?

I recently purchased my first MPC 5000 used. My question is, how do I restore the factory default sounds and settings on my hard disk. I realized after watching a youtube tutorial that it appears the guy who owned it before me saved over all the content in the "Loop masters" folder. Online there were a whole bunch of folders I don't have which looked awesome. I have been having a hard time finding a solution since the user manual doesn't say anything about it. Thoughts anyone?

OK I just held down the erase button wne loading at it said restoring default settings, but there are still no other folders in my loop masters folder, only a bunch of samples, which just seems wrong to me. Anyone have an explanation?
