One Q-link to filter all programs in a sequence?

Is it possible to filter all the programs active in a sequence at the same time with
one Q-link like it was with the 4K?
I can only get it to work on one program at the time

I think the only way to do this would be to bounce the entire track to wav then apply the filter.
