Problem with converting stereo to mono

Hey guys,

I converted several stereo samples (sample1, sample2,...) to mono (sample1L, sample2L,...).
Then I wanted to assign the new samples to a pad.
Problem: Only the first sample of the new ones shows up, if I spin the wheel further, the sample list starts from the beginning.
The one sample I can select does not play when I press the pad, although any other sample will.
The new samples all show up in trim mode, I can listen to them there but I can't delete them.

Anyone else with this problem or a solution to it?

Problem solved.
I had used extract and slice before converting, using the suggested sample names.
So when I converted them, the file name became too long. Renaming the file did the trick.
