Adding effects to a track

So I’m digging through the manual and have figured out how to apply an effect to a track, but it seems like it’s only applied to the first few hits. I applied all the pads to the effect but the effect just drops off at point.
Is there a way to keep an effect continuous over the entire track?

do you send from the track mixer or pad mixer? does it change when you change sequences?

If all pads from a particular program have, say, efx bus 1 applied and volume on each and everysingle pad is turn ed accordingly there is no reason why the effect wouldnt play thru. Make sure each pad is set to effects bus # you desire and effects bus volume on each pad is turned up. This not something you can do globally its either on each pad of the pgm or its not.
