Playing live?

Just out of curiosity, and i'm sure it'll change from person to person.
But how are you:

A.) Using the MPC (i.e composition tool, sequencer, live sound creation tool) and
B.) programming it to use live?

Are you using the sequencer at all or just triggering loops and program sequences live?

There seem to be so many ways to skin a cat with this device, just curious to see how people are using it.

I plan on using mine for sequencing 3 or 4 synths and acting as the drum machine for a live 2 person synth pop band.
